Integrator – Manages and ensures the team will achieve agreed-upon commitments. Integrates operating functions of the assembly process.
CNC Programmer – Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Maintains quality and safety standards. Keeps records.
Set-Up and Machinery Operators - Plans machining by studying work orders, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters. Interprets geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Assembly Line Workers - Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists. Gathers parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials. Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit. Fastens parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
General Production Workers – Requires basic knowledge in machining processes, good hands, willingness to work overtime.
Electrical Engineer – Member of an R&D team, responsible for electrical systems, products, components, and applications. Develops electrical products according to customer requirements. Tests and confirms manufacturing methods and support in assembly processes of first systems.
R&D Mechanical Engineer – Member of an R&D team, responsible for the design of a complete assembly or sub-assembly, from conception to design, prototype and production. Requires several years of experience in mechanical and/or opto-mechanical design, robotic components, and finite element analysis.
